Attorney Noah Sachs was previously the General Counsel and Chief Information Officer for Enzymatics, Inc. a developer and manufacturer of biological reagents for use in life science and DNA sequencing. He was responsible for all legal matters for the company including negotiations of strategic alliances and sales contracts, license agreements, patent drafting and prosecution, equity financing and litigation. Prior to joining Enzymatics, Inc., Noah Sachs was a technology specialist with CombinatoRx and research assistant at New England BioLabs.
